All Sales Are Final
All payments made to Always Fully Loaded, LLC for classes, courses, and training services are non-refundable.
By booking a class and submitting payment, you understand and agree that no refunds will be issued under normal circumstances.
Rescheduling Policy
We understand that things come up. While we do not offer refunds, we may allow you to reschedule your class:

You must contact us at least [X] days before your scheduled class time to request a reschedule.

Rescheduling is based on availability and is not guaranteed.

If you fail to show up for a class, arrive excessively late, or cancel with short notice, your payment may be forfeited and no reschedule will be offered.
(You can set X = 3 days, 5 days, 7 days, etc.)
No-Shows & Late Arrivals

No-shows (not attending and not contacting us in advance) receive no refund and no credit.

If you arrive late and cannot safely join the class in progress, you may be turned away for safety reasons and your payment may be forfeited.
Safety and class flow come first.
Cancellations by Always Fully Loaded, LLC
If Always Fully Loaded, LLC must cancel or postpone a class (for example, due to range issues, safety concerns, weather, or instructor emergency):

We will offer you an option to reschedule to a future class date or

Provide a credit toward a future class.
Our standard policy is to provide rescheduling or credit, not cash refunds.
Safety & Eligibility
You may be removed from a class, without refund, if you:

Are under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or impairing medication

Refuse to follow safety instructions

Act in an unsafe, disruptive, or threatening manner

Are found to be legally ineligible to participate in firearms training
Your payment will be forfeited in these situations.
