4. Bookings, Payments & Cancellations

a. Booking & Payment

  • Classes must be booked through our Site or directly with us.

By making a payment, you agree to the terms of that payment provider.

b. Cancellations by You

5. Safety Requirements

Firearms training is serious. For everyone’s safety:

  • You must follow all instructions from the instructor at all times

  • You must follow all range rules and safety rules

  • You must not be under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or impairing medication during training

  • You must immediately tell the instructor if you feel unsafe, unwell, or unable to continue

We may remove you from a class, without refund, if you:

  • Act in an unsafe manner

  • Refuse to follow safety instructions

  • Disrupt the class or put others at risk

6. Personal Responsibility & Assumption of Risk

Firearms are inherently dangerous when misused.
By booking and attending training, you understand and agree that:

  • There are risks involved in handling and being around firearms, including risk of injury or death

  • You are voluntarily choosing to participate in firearms training and related activities

  • You are responsible for how you use any information, skills, or training you receive from us

To the maximum extent allowed by law, you release and hold harmless Always Fully Loaded, LLC, its owner, instructor(s), employees, and partners from claims arising out of:

  • Your participation in training

  • Your actions with firearms before, during, or after training

  • Your violation of any law or regulation

7. Website Use & Content

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes.

You may not:

  • Use the Site to harass, threaten, or abuse others

  • Attempt to hack, damage, or disrupt the Site
